TREATMENTS WITH PMST PRO: Static therapy For static therapy, a large applicator attached to the arm should be used. Before the procedure, pain and trigger points should be massaged, and then static therapy with a given output power should be used. Thanks to this, every pain and trigger point will be treated. Please remember that trigger points may be outside the area of pain. Dynamic therapy For dynamic therapy, use a medium-sized applicator. Its direct contact with the skin is not necessary, but the skin must be dry and clean. Before starting treatment, you need to massage the area of pain or the planned procedure. Apply the desired output power and ensure that the entire area to be treated is covered. Combined therapy - static and dynamic Pain is usually not distributed evenly. In many pain syndromes, the points of maximum pain sensation, such as trigger points and pain points, are located in the painful region. Static therapy is used for trigger points and main pain points, and dynamic therapy for other areas. In the case of combined treatment, first apply static therapy (a large applicator attached to the arm for pain and trigger points), and then continue the treatment with dynamic therapy (a medium-sized applicator for the entire treated area). TREATMENT POWER AND TIME The maximum energy dose emitted cannot be higher than that indicated in the treatment recommendations. Do not use energy higher than what the patient can tolerate. The minimum number of treatments is two sessions a week.
